This four-week program invites you to sample a number of different styles of meditation including, mindfulness of body, mindfulness of breath, guided meditations, mantra, moving meditation and loving kindness.
Each week you will practice different styles and learn about their particular benefits.
If you think you can’t meditate this program will help you find a practice that works for you.
1/2 hour @ week x 4 weeks.
