The science of changing your thoughts for the better.
The mindful cultivation practices in this four-week program train you to use your mind to turn fleeting experiences into lasting inner resources. By focusing your attention on deliberate efforts inside your mind, you can make lasting changes in your neural pathways.
Each session begins with a guided meditation to connect mind and body followed by a group check-in about where you're at and how you're progressing. Next you'll learn about the brain's negativity bias and how to overcome it. Each week you will practice priming your mind towards positive experiences followed by a guided meditation where you savour these positive states and transform them into lasting positive traits. Each session concludes with a guided meditation designed to hardwire self-compassion, gratitude, connection and joy into the brain.
