Course Information & Enrolment

Meditation - calm, clarity, connection.
You're invited to join this meditation foundations program. Each session we'll sample different styles of meditation including, single pointed focus, breathing, guided meditations, mantra, and metta (loving kindness.) These half hour session are an opportunity for you to step away from the challenges and stresses you may be experiencing during lockdown and explore meditation exercises to calm the body-mind, reduce anxiety and reactivity, increase mental clarity, focus and self-compassion. If you think you can’t meditate or have trouble committing to a regular meditation practice, this program can help you find a practice that works for you. *Please note: Laptop or computer required to join the zoom. This is a live class with some discussion/interaction so it’s necessary to have video switched on. This course is fee free, sponsored by Bikram Yoga and Wellness, & Inner Sky. Please enrol if you can commit to all sessions – either 4 Mondays, 4 Thursdays or if you like to join both you are welcome.



30 minutes @ week x 4 weeks.
Monday afternoons: 5.00 – 5.30pm
Thursday mornings 8.00 – 8.30am

Group size: Max 12 participants.
Beginners and experienced meditators welcome.

VENUE: Zoom.
